South African Soujourn: Cape Town and the Peninsula, Stellenbosch, and Sabi Sands

I had the privilege of escorting the top 25 customers and their spouses of a major corporation on a 10 day trip to South Africa! It was a fabulous group and the experience for everyone was beyond stellar. I am happy to share some of the superb comments we received from the attendees below.

Cape Town and the fabulously elegant Cape Grace Hotel on the V&A Waterfront.

I love the menu at this little restaurant in Stellenbosch.

What’ll you have? So many delicious, lean and flavorful meats on offer in South Africa. It made me realize how limited our menus are in the US!

Sundowners and Bush Dinner at Sabi Sabi

On a walking safari with Jabul uncovered the amazing signs of the wild that you just can’t see from the safari vehicles. Lion and elephant tracks. Where a hyena had been sitting.  We even cured one of our fellow travelers’ sinus infection by “smoking” elephant dung!

Jabul teaches Paul how to light elephant dung on fire and inhale it to clear the sinus infection. I think it worked for this brave soul!
