They don’t call lovers of Aman hotels, Aman Junkies for nothing. The brand has created an uncompromising ethos of pure, simple, quiet & sophisticated luxury – and Aman Junkies need to get their fix wherever in the world they travel to an Aman. I stayed at Amanyara a number of years ago with my daughter and was immediately enamored, but it was wonderful to travel back with the RTLM team to get a reminder of why Aman does their brand of hospitality so very well (and why the price-tag is worth every penny!).
This place is pure magic—secluded, serene, and absolutely stunning. Powdery white sand, crystal-clear water, and that Aman level of service that makes you feel like royalty. The second you step onto the property, you know you’re in for something special!
First Impressions: A Secluded Sanctuary
Getting to Amanyara is part of the adventure. After landing in Providenciales, you take a scenic 25-minute drive past untouched coastal landscapes to the National Park that makes up the Princess Alexandra National Park, before arriving at the resort’s hidden entrance. No big flashy signs—just a lush, private pathway leading to a gorgeous open-air lobby with panoramic ocean views.
We felt instantly relaxed and welcomed as we were greeted at the driveway by Mili, our on-site contact – who was ready with a round of healthy lemongrass drinks and cool towels. The service at Amanyara is next-level. It’s the kind of place where you feel completely taken care of without even noticing the effort happening behind the scenes.

The food at Amanyara is absolute perfection, with fresh, local ingredients and flavors inspired by Asia and the Caribbean. Lunch at The Beach Club was spectacular, with a table facing the ocean and wave after wave of the most delicious mezze, salads, ceviches, and healthy grilled chicken, we felt well loved and taken care of by Mili and team. Dessert was a dreamy and airy coconut sorbet topped with crunchy toasted sweet rice – a delightful recipe brought over by the Aman chefs in Asia.
Spa, Wellness & Tennis Program
If relaxation is your goal, Amanyara has you covered. The Aman Spa is an oasis within an oasis, offering massages, facials, and wellness treatments infused with Caribbean and Asian healing traditions that will have you walking out feeling like a new person!

Their yoga pavilion is the perfect place to start your day, with sunrise yoga overlooking the ocean. And for those who like to stay active, the fitness center has everything you need to keep up with your workout routine.
